First EA Sports WRC PC Patch released, adds shader pre-compilation

Codemasters just released a new update for the PC version of its rally racing game, EA Sports WRC. This update does something cool: it gets rid of those annoying stutters in the game when shaders are compiled. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 runs F1 23 with over 60fps at Native 4K/Ultra/Full Ray Tracing

F1 23 is currently available in Early Access, via EA Play or for those that have pre-ordered its Deluxe Edition. EA has reportedly canceled the Project CARS and Dirt franchises

Back in 2017, Slightly Mad Studios’ CEO explained how Electronic Arts attempted to destroy Slightly Mad Studios. Back then, Ian Bell claimed that he would not be working ever again with EA. However, here we are today with EA owning Slightly Mad Studios, shutting it down, and canceling its racing game, Project CARS. F1 22 – Ray Tracing, NVIDIA DLSS & AMD FSR Benchmarks

Electronic Arts has released the latest part in Codemasters’ F1 racing video-game series, F1 22. Powered by the latest version of the EGO Engine, the game supports Ray Tracing, NVIDIA’s DLSS and AMD’s FSR 1.0.
